Consumption of unhealthy foods can speed up a person becomes dementia, such as the consumption of fatty foods regularly and in large quantities. Fatty foods can inhibit blood circulation to the brain, thereby reducing brain function. So also with lifestyle unhealthy like smoking, consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs, and illicit drugs also increase the potential for dementia in yourself.

4. Stress
Stress is a condition where there is a lot of pressure / problems that cause people to either neurological or mental tension and affect behavior. People who are stressed tend to eat and uncontrolled behavior. By the time a person has stress the cells in the hippocampus (part of the inner brain) are forced to work harder so that the brain becomes tired and easily damaged.

5. Sleep
Sleep is definately activity performed by any person because sleep is a naturally rest. The ideal bed for a person (other than the baby) is 6-8 hours. But if you sleep more than 8 hours in a day and night then you will be more quickly affected by dementia disease. Likewise, if you sleep less than 6 hours a day and night.
